Mediations – Half Day 4 Hours Minimum | Full Day 8 Hours Minimum

– Half Day: $950 per party
– Full Day: $1900 per party

These are flat fee charges. There is no additional charge for pre-mediation work or if the mediation goes longer than planned or for any time spent after the mediation assisting on getting the case settled.

Leigh Lewis is a full-time mediator with Comeaux Mediation, bringing nearly two decades of experience handling complex civil disputes across Texas. Her background as a litigation attorney includes a wide range of matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, commercial litigation, products liability, premises liability, and construction-related claims.

Having represented clients throughout all stages of litigation, Leigh approaches mediation with a clear understanding of case strategy, risk evaluation, and the practical considerations that drive resolution. She is known for her thoughtful, steady approach and her ability to work effectively with all parties to move difficult cases toward settlement.

Leigh earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where she served as a Student Note Editor for the Texas Environmental Law Journal. She also holds a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University and graduated cum laude from McMurry University with a degree in Environmental Science.
